About Us
Collectiva is a collective of healing practitioners that just happen to be really good at event logistics. We offer event production and , logistics management,administrative support and bring playfulness, healing & well being practices to group gatherings and events. We believe that every component of your gathering needs to align with your overarching mission . Where you spend your dollars matters. We can help you vet and curate all aspects of your gathering. We also protect your reputation. We may be vendors but we are an extension of you. We treat all with respect and we have a deep appreciation for those who provide the labor to make our events successful.
Team Experience
Collectiva originally launched as 3DogJourneys in 2017. We unfortunately had to take a break during the pandemic . We reemerged in 2022 upon the request of our key clients. We could not be happier.

The Founders
This is us. 'Āina and Cristy - partners in work, partners in life. We are two Healing Practitioners , White Light & Karuna Reiki Masters, who also are really good at (and enjoy) managing convening logistics . We believe that when you center Aloha (Hawaiian word meaning love, peace, compassion, mercy, and understanding) you can make positive change in the world and in your heart.
'Āina
I am a hotelier by heart. I love hospitality and hosting guests. I worked my way up from PBX Operator to General Manager in hotels and I am a rare case of someone who managed all parts of the triangle : operations, sales and revenue. After 22 years I realized that although I loved my work I could not longer be part of the corporate structure. I needed to truly be my whole self. So, here I am using all that I learned create some amazing experiences for our clients. I am the nerd that wears plaid on plaid, the scrappy former Girl Scout troop leader, the inner child that believes this world is still beautiful but can be so much better. I am a descendant of colonized island nations that wants a truly free world rooted in peace and love

My color palette is definitely a bit more subdued than Aina. I am the water to her fire. I entered my healing journey and my partnership in Collectiva after spending 30 plus years in Gender based Violence work & LGBTQ education work. That journey began in the early days of Asian Woman’s Shelter and Groundspark. And led me to find ths calling:
the calling to help people doing the challenging work to make our world a better place.

Our Logistics Offerings in the form of a Lū'au Menu
The Whole Lū'au
You just want to be involved in curating the content and goals, but you want someone else to handle everything else: travel, hotel or retreat center, facilitation, meetings, meals, celebrations, visual recording, group communications, and more. For facilitation and holding the meeting space we will match you based on your goals
A Bag of Poi and maybe some papaya
You have your own facilitation team, but you need us to:
• Book hotel and handle the rooming list
• Survey participants about their needs: food sensitivities, accessibility, travel
• Vetting of local area to find BIPOC and LGBTQ restaurants, stores services and welcoming medical facilities for emergencies
• Communicate with participants about details
• ·Create name tags with preferred names, pronouns and affiliation.
·Handle the set-up of all meals including menu selection that reflects the food sensitivities of all participants
·Handle the meeting room(s) and AV
·Decorate the Meeting Room and Meal Space
·Reiki and clearing of meeting space
·Create Personalized app or QR link for participants to access schedules and updates

Wellness Rooms
Wellness Room
We will create a special room where your participants can come to get an Advil, take a nap, practice arts and crafts as a form of wellness. Show your attendees that you really care about them. Our rooms combine basic first aid needs with allopathic meds with holistic options such as tinctures, tuning forks, palm stones and more.
Workshops
We create scheduled and drop in wellness workshops. Our Neuro Somatic Intelligence Workshops are the easiest for attendees to understand as they are science based. NSI coaching takes many of the tools that have been used by professional athletes and applies it to our daily life.
Sound Bowls and reiki drop in sessions create the perfect situation for your attendees to allow their own energy to heal themselves.
We can customize all experiences based on your vision.
One on One Sessions
We work with you to develop a wellness program that includes one on one sessions. Our team is ready to provide reiki and other energy work and we have a group of affiliates that are ready to bring on other forms of healing.

Way too often we see people inadvertently support a group they do not believe in.It is important to vet the hotel management and the investor that owns the property - where do they spend THEIR money? Do they donate to the groups that are opposing your own work? Let us do this for you. It won't even cost you much.
